In consideration of my participation in the SeaSigns program, classes, website, materials, and any and all events, I, intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, do hereby fully and finally WAIVE, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SeaSigns LLC and their respective directors, officers, employees, members, instructors, representatives, agents and assignees from any and all responsibility, liability, claims, causes of action, inquiries, judgements or other damages of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, any personal injusries I might suffer, directly or indirectly resulting from my participation in the aforesaid activity, and knowingly execute this release, at my insistence and request, and that I voluntarily do so without any coercion whatsoever.

Underwater activities and other endeavors associated with underwater activities are inherently hazardous and dangerous & require proper training, supervision and execution, therefore: SeaSigns Signs of the Month for demonstration purposes only. Producer of this information assumes no liability for persons making or reading signs incorrectly under any circumstances.
